EDM CNC Programmer/ Machinist

EDM CNC Programmer/ Machinist Our client who is a world leader in complex material forming industry is looking for a Sinker EDM CNC Programmer/ Machinist for the Inglewood, California area.
Candidates should have 8 plus years of experience in the Tool and Die Making, Mold Making or High Precision Fixturing Industry as well as the following:
• Strong background with CNC EDM Sinker with Setup, Operation, Programming as well as design and making of own electrodes for the running of high precision tools, dies and fixtures. There is no graphite used in these processes.
• Candidates must have GD&T experience and be able to do their own Metrology and measurements.
• CAD/CAM programming is a big plus with either Esprit or Mastercam as well as design software Solidworks or Pro E. NX and Optisolution is a plus as well.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with employees and management.
• Strong Experience with QC/QA quality standards with close tolerance materials.

Compensation is $30 to $40 per hour plus overtime is offered.

PRODUCT DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

PRODUCT DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER We are looking for a motivated Design Engineer to add to our growing team in the Greater Chicago area who is looking to be a leader within the organization. Responsibilities:
• Design and Create engineering solutions for new product concepts and develop those solutions using 3D CAD software (SolidWorks or Pro-E experience)

• Collaborate with industrial designers, marketing, sales and quality cross-functional teams to create new, innovative products that drive company portfolio and that build upon consumers experience
• Design parts for a variety of manufacturing processes including injection molding, blow molding and casting

Tooling Engineer Injection Molding

Our client is a well-recognized name in the consumer electronics industry. They have a current need at their Chicago (Suburban) manufacturing facility for a Mold/Tooling Engineer. They offer a lavish benefit program and salary, along with potential career advancement.

Below are some of the basic duties and requirements:

- You need to be able to work independently in a wide range for product and process development assignments which include the supporting of mold design, material testing, molding process improvement, and press procurement.
- Perform mold validations (IQ, OQ, PQ) to ensure mold is capable of producing quality parts within budgeted costs.
- Develop machine specifications and supports mold and press replacements, upgrades and auxiliary equipment.
- Communicate and coordinate project activities directly with customers and customer owned tooling activities.
